Agentic AI Leader | Author | Investor | LinkedIn Learning Instructor | Marathon Runner
I bring 10+ years of experience driving enterprise AI strategy from vision to measurable impact. I am a hands-on Senior Agentic AI Strategist & Architect at Microsoft Azure, serving as a client CTO for strategic accounts exceeding $10M in annual azure consumption revenue. In my experience, hands-on building is what separates good AI advice from great AI advice. It sharpens intuition and improves decision quality.
I work directly with Fortune 500 C-suite and engineering leaders to define AI strategy, governance frameworks, and execution across media, gaming, and telecommunications. I also bring prior experience delivering regulated AI solutions in financial services and insurance.
Currently my focus areas include production-grade Agentic AI architectures, responsible AI governance, and scalable AI platform design on Azure. I help organizations harness the power of Agentic AI while managing risks around security, compliance, and ethical use.
In the last three years, I've had the privilege of working with 30+ enterprise customers and overseeing 50+ generative AI deployments, some scaling to 100,000+ users. Being at the forefront of this generative AI wave, working hands-on in the field with Azure customers, has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. This space moved fast. There were no patterns to copy. No history to rely on. I had to make architectural decisions from first principles, often under pressure. Many decisions were hard. Some were wrong. All were instructive. Those lessons changed how I think about AI architecture, scale, and risk. I now share those lessons through my books, courses, and daily content.
I focus on building AI leaders, not just deploying AI systems! My book, Generative AI for Cloud Solutions, is a widely used reference for architects and technology leaders designing production-grade AI platforms.
When OpenAI released the o1 reasoning models, I knew they would transform healthcare, legal, and finance. I auditioned with LinkedIn Learning producers and traveled to California to record the course, driven by a mission to make this knowledge accessible. It has since helped 8,000+ professionals globally move from experimentation to real-world adoption.
I have built a community around shared learning. I've grown an engaged community of over 25,000 followers across LinkedIn and Substack by sharing my AI journey authentically. I post my learnings daily on LinkedIn and weekly on my Substack newsletter, where I talk about my real-world AI transformation experiences from the field.
If this content resonates with you, I encourage you to subscribe to my newsletter.
Sharing knowledge with my community is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do on LinkedIn through my daily posts. I believe AI education should be accessible, not gated behind expensive courses.
I have led cloud transformation at scale. Before Microsoft, I was a Tech Consulting manager at EY and PwC where I drove global cloud and AI transformation programs. I developed offshore teams by personally interviewing, training, and mentoring consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
This Big 4 foundation taught me how to speak engineer and executive language fluently. Today, I leverage that experience to help Fortune 500 leaders adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
I also invest in what I build. As an AI investor, I evaluate companies through a practitioner's lens, focusing on technical defensibility and company fundamentals.
I prioritize mental and physical health as I believe they are essential to sustained high performance. I meditate daily and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Marathon running has taught me resilience and patience. Lessons I carry into my professional life.
I was recognized as Microsoft PaceSetter 2024 for leadership and innovation.
